In every day life diet and exercise are an important part of staying healthy. Everybody should arm himself or herself against disease by living a healthy lifestyle. However, sickness is often out of our control and by no fault of our own. Living a clean and healthy life prior to an unforeseen illness will help prepare us for a fight. Fighting can take so much out of us, but we encourage moving whenever possible and continuing to stretch to remain flexible through activities such as chair yoga. We also recommend a diet consisting of healthy proteins, fruits and vegetables. We are strong supporters of a vegetarian and vegan diets although we understand this isn’t for everyone.
